William Natale

WillIam (Bill) Natale, is an Emmy-Award winning producer/director and executive member of the Directors Guild of America Midwest Council. He is the author of 1968 – A Story As Relevant Today As It Was Then,” “The Resurrection of Boraichee,” “Bliss: Forever Elusive & Unique” and a children’s book, entitled “Woolly Wurm,” that was written specifically to help raise funds for The Infant Welfare Society of Chicago. Natale’s latest book, “Murder In Moscow” was recently released and is available at book stores as well as AMAZON & KINDLE.  

Natale has served as: the Executive Director of the Illinois Center for Broadcasting/IL Media School, Chicago Campus; Executive Producer of Internet Streaming Corporation and Executive Producer for WATCH312.COM. 

Natale served for over 4 years as president of the board of directors for PanAmerica Performance Works Theater Company (formerly Latino Chicago Theater Company). He has served as a member of the board of directors for the Chicago chapter of the National Association of Television Arts & Sciences and as Chairman of the Broadcast Promotion & Marketing Executives Association. Natale serves as an advisor to the board of directors for the 501-c3 BIBO AWARDS FOUNDATION, (Beauty In & Beauty Out) that honors outstanding women of community service in the Chicago, Las Vegas and Los Angeles metropolitan areas. He also serves on the board of directors for the 501-c3 SHINE ON CHICAGO organization that teaches teens how to shoot, produce and edit video that can then be shared via social media and is currently president of the Board of Directors for the 501-c3, The Community Adult Day Care Center (CADC) in Downers Groves.  

Natale has worked for radio stations WXRT-FM, WGN-AM, WLUV AM/FM & WSBC-AM.  

Natale has worked for TV stations, WIFR-Rockford, WVTV-Milwaukee, WKYC-Cleveland, and in Chicago for WGN, WFLD, WBBM, WLS, WYCC, WMAQ, the Telemundo & Univision Spanish outlets in various positions as a director, producer, technician as well as V.P. Corporate Communications for WTTW. 

For the last 32 years, Natale has lived in Downers Grove where he served on the Business Council for the development of the Downers Grove downtown area. He has been blessed to have daughters, Gina, Renee, Carissa and a son, Matthew - who passed away in 2017.
